1cupgranulated sugar

3ozchocolate chipssemi-sweet, melted and cooled to room temperature
1.5tspfood coloringred
3/4cupflourall-purpose
1/4cupcocoa powderunsweetened
1/2tsp salt

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350F
Line an 8X8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal. Lightly grease the parchment paper with spray oil or butter.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs, melted chocolate and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
Stir in the red food coloring, and vinegar until the batter is a uniform red.
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Slowly fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour the brownie butter into the prepared baking pan. Make sure to extend it evenly to the sides.
Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs. If you like fudgy brownies, be careful not to overbake.
