Raspberry Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 tub vanilla (or plain) Greek yogurt
- 3 strawberries (quartered)
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until evenly and thoroughly smooth.
- Pour into a bread pan or tub of your choice.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
