Ingredients
4steakpork steaks12oz each, bone in
2tbspolive oil
Pork Rub
2tspsmoked paprika
2tspgarlic powder
2tsponion powder
2tspground mustard
2tspdry thyme
2tspsalt
1tspcayenne pepper
1tspground black pepper
Instructions
Pat dry each steak with paper towels.
Mix pork rub into a small bowl, then coat to toss pork steaks from both sides.
Heat an iron cast skillet over medium heat for two minutes. Then add a tbsp of olive oil and cook two pork steaks, 5 minutes per side or until well done.
Serve immediately with your favorite side dish.
