Lemon Blueberry Pastry

Ingredients

package Pillsbury frozen puff pastry
½
block cream cheese
½
cup
Mascarpone cheese
Squeeze of lemon juice
¼
cup
powdered sugar
Fresh blueberries
¼
cup
melted butter
Instructions
Mix together cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, lemon juice, and powdered sugar until smooth. Set aside.
Unroll your puff pastry and make ½-inch wide diagonal cuts on the “wings” of it all the way up.
Spread your cheese mixture in the middle, and top with blueberries.
Fold the bottom center flap up over your filling, then fold up each piece to braid your pastry, alternating sides as you go.
Brush with melted butter, then bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until pastry is a fluffy golden brown.
Set out to cool, cut into slices, and serve.
