Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone mat.
Mix cheeses and chili powder in a medium bowl.
Spoon 1-1/2 tbsp of mixture ono the silicone mat to make the cheese chips. They should be about 2 inches wide and not too thick, so that they'll stick together after cooling.
Bake the chips for four to five minutes or until edges are golden brown. The center will be bubbly and melt, but will harden when cool. Be careful as the cheese will burn easily.
Cool your chips to room temperature before serving.
