Ingredients
1 1/2cupsplain Greek yogurt
1cupcucumbergrated and water removed
2tbspfresh dill, finely chopped
2tbspgarlic cloves, finely minced
1/4tspsalt
1.5tbspolive oil
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Let tzatziki sauce sit for 15 minutes for flavors to come together.
Taste and adjust lemon, herbs, salt to your personal taste.
Chill until ready to serve. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Notes
After grating the cucumber, strain off access liquid before adding it to the bowl.
This sauce can be served immediately, but the flavor improves as it sits.
