Chocolate Chia Pudding

Ingredients
1 3/4
cups
coconut milk
(any type of milk will work)
1/3
cup
chia seeds

tbsp
high quality cocoa
2
tbsp
100% pure maple syrup
or to taste
1
tsp
pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Instructions
Combine all ingredients, mixing until uniform. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes. The chia seeds will absorb all of the liquid and soften. If it seems a little too thick, add more milk. Serve cold and enjoy!
