2Poundsthinly sliced beef
Marinade
¼CupOlive oil
¼CupSoy sauce
¼CupRed wine vinegar
2TbspHoney
2TbspWorcestershire sauce
1tsponion flakes

Sandwich Ingredients
6Hoagie rolls
6Tbspgarlic butter
2cupssliced mushrooms
2Tbspbutter
6SlicesCheese(provolone, swiss, Monterey jack)
Instructions
Mix marinade ingredients together. Place beef in a zip lock bag or baking dish and pour marinade overtop. Allow to marinade at least 30 minutes, up to several hours.
When ready to serve:
Spread garlic butter on each half of the hoagie rolls and place under a broiler or face down on a griddle to toast.
Place mushrooms and 2 Tbsp butter in a medium skillet and saute on medium heat until lightly browned
Drain beef and place in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Place a pile of beef on each bun, then add a slice of cheese and top with the sautéed mushrooms.
