Cabbage | Bacon Slices Onion | Red Bell Pepper Olive Oil | Garlic Cloves Salt & Pepper
Slice your cabbage, onion, and bell pepper into strips so that they’re ready to go. Then, mince garlic cloves.
Sauté onion and bell pepper in olive oil until softened. Next, add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
Open space in between the veggies to cook bacon until crispy. Then fold in the chopped cabbage and stir until soft.
Serve warm and enjoy!
