Preheat the oven to 325F. Prepare a baking tray with parchment and brush it with melted butter, for easy unmolding. Set it aside.
Whisk the eggs until frothy. Mix in melted butter, baking powder, vinegar, and salt. Add sugar-free powdered sugar and almond flour. Gently fold in to combine.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake 30-35 minutes. Let it cool fully before unmolding, then cut it into squares.
