Sweet Potatoes Tater Tots are naturally sweet and flavored with delicious earthy spices. Baked to crispy perfection, this sweet potato treat tastes incredible with dipping sauce.
Sweet Potatoes | Flour Cinnamon | Cumin | Ginger Salt | Egg | Panko | Olive Oil
Bake sweet potatoes at 400F for 25 minutes. Let them cool, then scoop out the flesh. Add baked sweet potato, flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt, and the egg to a bowl. Stir well.
Make 2 inch tater tots using your hands. Then, roll each in a mixture of panko and flour. Brush a baking tray with olive oil and then lay out the tater tots in a single layer.
Bake tater tots at 400F for 20 mins, flip them over, and bake for another 15 minutes. Remove from the oven when golden and crispy on top.
Serve with dipping sauce. Yummm!!
