MEATBALLS Ground Beef | Panko | Egg | Salt Garlic Powder | Worcestershire Parsley | Parmesan | Pepper ROUX Salt | Pepper | Butter | Garlic | Flour Olive Oil | Beef Stock | Heavy Cream Worcestershire Sauce
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine meatball ingredients and shape them into 18 - 20 small meatballs. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Melt butter, add flour and garlic, and whisk until brown. Pour in beef stock, then add heavy cream, and stir until it thickens. Add Worcestershire sauce and salt if needed.
Immediately, add the meatballs into the sauce. Serve with egg noodles or eat just like they do at Ikea, with some mashed potatoes and lingonberry sauce.
