These Pulled Pork Sliders are what savory dreams are made of! Pork is slow-cooked in a combination of flavorful spices, seasonings, and BBQ sauce and then added to soft Hawaiian rolls. So tasty!
Olive Oil | Onion | Garlic | Salt Pork Shoulder | Paprika | Thyme Dijon Mustard | BBQ Sauce Beef Broth | Mozzarella Hawaiian Rolls
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions. Then, add the garlic to sauté as well. Rub the pork shoulder with the spices and salt and place it over the cooked onions in the pan.
Pour in the BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard and beef broth. Give it a quick stir, cover with a lid, and cook the meat for 1 hour, then flip it to cook an additional half hour.
Shred the pork and cook through, then place slider buns on a baking tray, fill them with the pulled pork and mozzarella, and bake until the cheese melts.
