Flour | Baking Powder Baking Soda | Salt | Buttermilk Sugar | Eggs | Butter | Vanilla Mini Chocolate Chips
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then whisk in buttermilk and vanilla extract.
Incorporate wet ingredients into the dry ingredients bowl. Stir to combine but don’t overmix, then fold in chocolate chips.
Add ⅓ cup of pancake batter into a buttered pan and cook for about 2 minutes per side. Flip once you see bubbles on top.
Serve pancakes warm with maple syrup and butter on top. Enjoy!
