This lemon bars recipe is the ultimate summer dessert and super easy to make. It is awesome when you need a simple dessert for a summer get-together but don’t have time to spend in the kitchen.
Filling Cream Cheese | Coconut Cream Lemons | Salt | Sugar Crust Glute-Free Oats | Almonds Salt | Brown Sugar | Coconut Oil
Add oats, almonds, sea salt, and sugar to the blender and mix on high until the dough is crumbly. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the melted coconut oil. Stir to combine until a loose dough is formed.
Spread and press the crust mixture evenly into a lined baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
Mix cream cheese, coconut cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, sea salt, and sugar in the blender on high until creamy. Pour filling into baked crust and bake for another 20-22 minutes.
Let rest for 10 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Slice & Enjoy!
