Swedish meatballs

This Swedish Meatball Recipe is rich and flavorful. Something about that creamy, beefy sauce is just magic to your taste buds!

  Ingredients:

 Meatballs Ground Beef | Bread Crumbs Egg | Salt & Pepper | Parsley Garlic Powder | Parmesan Worcestershire Sauce

Roux Butter | Garlic | Olive Oil Beef Stock | Heavy Cream Flour | Worcestershire Sauce

Meatballs

Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, parmesan, salt and pepper. Shape them into small meatballs. Bake for 25 minutes at 350F.

Make Roux

Melt butter, add flour and garlic.  Whisk until brown. Stir in heavy cream and let thicken. Add dash of Worcestershire sauce and salt.

Combine

Immediately, add the meatballs into the sauce and coat them evenly.

Serve with egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Enjoy!
