How to Make Perfect Air Fryer Carrot Fries
Peel and chop carrots. Either buy pre-cut carrot sticks, or buy the bulk carrots and chop them into fry shapes. You can do this by cutting them lengthwise and then shortening and squaring them with a knife. The shape does affect how the carrots cook in the air fryer. Thicker carrots will take more time for the air fryer to cook and the outsides may burn.
Coat the carrots with Olive Oil. Coat carrots with olive oil, garlic salt, and parmesan cheese.
Air Fry Carrots for 15 minutes at 400 degrees in the Air Fryer. Check the air fryer every five minutes to make sure they don’t need to be shaken or stirred.
Add a favorite dipper. When your carrots are done add a favorite dip like ranch, catsup, or this Greek tzatziki sauce that is easy to blend and serve while your carrots are frying.
