Boneless Pork Loin | Flour Eggs | Panko | Rice | Sunflower Oil Soy Sauce | Ketchup | Worcestershire Garlic Powder | Ginger Powder Sesame Seeds | Green Onion Salt & Pepper
Combine the garlic, ginger, Worcestershire, ketchup and soy sauce in a small bowl. Whisk together and set aside.
Beat the egg, salt, and pepper, then mix panko and flour in another bowl. Coat each piece of pork with the egg mixture and toss it in the panko.
Heat oil and carefully transfer the breaded cutlets to the pan and fry on both sides until well done with a nice golden brown color.
