Mix melted butter with the egg and salt. Then, fold in almond flour and combine. Place the dough over a large piece of parchment paper so it’s easier to lift.
Use a rolling pin to extend it until it’s ⅓ inch thick and place in a prepared tart pan. Bake the base in a preheated oven until slightly golden.
Sauté garlic and onions until translucent and fragrant. Beat the eggs, add salt, pepper, feta, cherry tomatoes, spinach, and sautéed onion, and combine. Place filling in the quiche base and top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
