Beat the eggs in a large bowl, then whisk in the other liquids. Add both sugars and whisk again until fully combined. Mix together dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Fold your dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients.
Dice pears into small pieces. Stir them and the chopped pecans, into the batter until fully combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Divide batter into the prepared liners, then make the cinnamon sugar mixture and spread it on top of the wet batter. Bake at 350F for about 20 minutes.
Remove from muffin pan and let cool. Enjoy!
