This Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders recipe is topped with a tangy Worcestershire and soy sauce, baked, and then sprinkled with cheddar cheese.
Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders
Bacon wrapped chicken tenders become a wow dish with the addition of a tangy sauce and cheddar cheese!
Adding bacon to any dish always ups the flavor index! With this recipe, the bacon also gets a makeover with a few extra spices and a sprinkling of cheddar cheese.
So savory and cheesy- this dish can be dressed up or down for younger eaters who may prefer the basics. If you do have a picky eater, you can cook theirs separately with the bacon and spices off. Or if you prefer more cheese, add a generous helping after the bacon wrapped chicken is finished cooking.
A great dipper for these chicken tenders is Ranch dressing. Here is my healthy Ranch seasoning that you can use to dip your tenders.

Why you will love Bacon Wrapped Chicken Tenders
- Keto approved recipe
- Easy prep and storage
- Minimal Ingredients
Instructions and Tips
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or tin foil.
Chicken Tender Prep: Chop chicken breasts about 1 inch thick and three inches long. You can buy chicken tenders that are precut. However, these tenders that come in the meat section are often different sizes and so they won’t cook as evenly. But if you want to skip this step, you can use those.
Bacon Wrap: Using a spiral motion, wrap the chicken with bacon until it’s covered on both ends. Set on baking sheet.
Sauce: Mix soy sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Brush sauce onto bacon wrapped chicken.
Bake and Sprinkle: Bake for 25- 30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees and bacon is crispy. Sprinkle lightly with shredded cheddar cheese. With the oven off, melt the cheese for roughly 60 seconds.
Pro Tip: For faster prep, refrigerate your prepped wrapped chicken for up to three days before baking and then serving. Or baked chicken will store for five days. Simply crisp in the oven again at 400 degrees to heat up like new!
